Using HVAC to Reduce Airborne Transmission

With the the World Health Organization (WHO) recognizing the possibility of COVID-19 transmission in poorly ventilated indoor areas, building owners must consider the role HVAC plays in airborne transmission.  Building owners should obtain the services of skilled, trained, and certified technicians to complete a baseline assessment and determine options for ventilation, filtration, air distribution, and disinfection.
